In early 2002, Contact North/Contact Nord launched the CEO Roundtable Series. The goal of this series is to bring Canadian and international expertise in various fields to the business, education, health care and government sectors in Northern Ontario.

In May of 2002, Contact North/Contact Nord was pleased to host Mr. Ed Kilroy, President and CEO of IBM Canada Ltd. at its Northeast Regional Coordinating Centre in Sudbury.

Mr. Kilroy addressed a group of CEOs and decision-makers from all sectors of Sudbury’s economy about the future of technology. Later in the day, Mr. Kilroy addressed a luncheon organized by Contact North/Contact Nord in partnership with the Greater Sudbury Chamber of Commerce.
